The Hartford Chamber of Commerce is pleased to announce plans are underway to make this year’s holiday season even brighter—with your help!

  • The holidays are an ideal time to attract new visitors to Hartford, allowing them to sample the rich variety of shops and restaurants our city has to offer!

  • Hartford is home to many brick and mortar shops and restaurants, and the holiday season can be a peak time of activity, providing a much-needed boost before the slower months in winter set in.

    By creating a tourism campaign centered around visiting Hartford, we’re directly increasing the amount of foot traffic, diners, and shoppers coming to the city.

  • From Hartford Stage to the Connecticut Science Center, our city’s long-standing cultural institutions provide special shows and exhibits exclusive to the holiday season.

  • Not only does a boost in traffic increase the revenue for our art and culture institutions, it also allows us to promote Hartford as a city with a thriving art scene.

    This campaign also allows us to hire musicians and other artists, providing continued support to let the art scene flourish.

  • Whether you’re stopping by for a night on the town or seeing the sights for the weekend, Hartford is an untapped well of holiday delights!

  • By creating a robust tourism campaign that turns Hartford into a magical destination during the holiday season, it promotes a feeling of unity and city pride for residents, and shows off the ample options for fun and entertainment to the rest of the state!
