Hartford.com’s Free, Indoor Music Series, The Winter Blues, Returns to Downtown Hartford in January
Hartford, CT – January 6, 2026 – Hartford.com and the Hartford Business Improvement District are pleased to announce the return of The Winter Blues music series. These free, indoor concerts will take place on both Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 12-1 pm in the public food court inside State House Square in downtown Hartford. Performances will start on January 13 and run for eleven consecutive weeks through March 25.
The Winter Blues will feature performances from a wide array of Connecticut musicians performing original music in the blues, folk, R&B, and soul genres. The series is made possible by a generous grant from the Greater Hartford Arts Council.
