We are a mortgage company based out of Florida, but licensed in 15+ states across the USA. We offer home financing solutions, education and a team dedicated to helping people with their mortgage needs.

Why did you join the Hartford Chamber of Commerce – what’s the value?

We are in the process of expanding and have a few loan officers that live and do business in the neighboring area of Hartford. We would like to bring our unique and bespoke approach of home financing to the members of the Hartford Chamber as well as the community. We look to dive into the community and engrain ourselves with local businesses.

Why Hartford? How did you decide on the location for your business?

Having our Corporate office in Long Island, NY for well over 10 years we have done countless deals in Connecticut and in the Hartford area. We have many business partners in the local area and work with many people looking to relocate or purchase investment properties in Hartford.

The Neighborhood of Hartford is unique in the sense of it offers diversity, a city filled with business, opportunities people seeing the best quality of life. The neighborhood is seen as a desired place to live and raise kids, get out of the city and have a better quality of life.

What is the best thing about living/working in Hartford?

The best thing about living and working in Hartford is that it is centrally located, easily accessible, flourishing businesses and more. Hartford is relatively affordable compared to other communities and cities across the US.
