Our main value was networking and getting connected to other businesses in the city.

Why Hartford? How did you decide on the location for your business?

We’re integrated with Forge City Works, and use our restaurant to offer culinary and customer service training. We are located in Hartford and passionate about Hartford.

Tell us about the neighborhood and what makes it unique.

You'll find us in the historic former Billings & Spencer Company in Frog Hollow, conveniently located near the State Capital, The Bushnell Theater, and Asylum Hill neighborhood. Frog Hollow is a great place to be!

What is the best thing about living/working in Hartford?
